糖尿病与非糖尿病患者感染新型冠状病毒肺炎临床结局比较

Comparison of clinical outcomes with novel coronavirus pneumonia in diabetic and non-diabetic patients

目的探讨DM与非DM患者感染新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)临床结局差异。方法回顾性分析2020年1~3月于武汉科技大学附属孝感医院确诊为COVID-19患者568例资料。所有患者分为DM组64例,非糖尿病组(NDM组)504例,比较两组临床结局差异。结果与NDM组比较,DM组年龄、合并高血压比例、入院时缺氧比例及死亡率高(52 vs 58,21.23%vs 50.00%,13.69%vs 32.81%,4.37%vs 15.63%,P<0.01),治愈出院率低(95.63%vs 84.38%,P<0.01)。结论合并高血压等基础疾病的老年DM患者感染COVID-19风险较高,临床症状重,病情进展快,预后不佳。

Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes with novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)in diabetic and non-diabetic patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of novel COVID-19 was performed in 568 cases in Xiaogan hospital affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology in January to March,2020,who were divided into 64 cases with diabetes(DM group)and 504 cases of non-diabetic group(NDM group).The differences of clinical outcomes between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with NDM group,the age,the proportion of hypertension and hypoxia on admission,and the mortality were higher in DM group(52 vs 58,21.23%vs 50.00%,13.69%vs 32.81%,4.37%vs15.63%,P<0.01);the cure and discharge rate was lower(95.63%vs 84.38%,P<0.01).Conclusion Elderly DM patients with comorbidities have a higher risk of COVID-19 infection,with severe clinical symp-toms,rapid disease progression and poor prognosis.
