风景园林专业校企合作教学模式的实践与启示

如何有效解决学校教育与社会需求之间的矛盾是风景园林专业人才培养的关键问题。国内外高校风景园林专业普遍采用的校企合作教学模式是一种可行的有效途径。通过分析华南农业大学和美国南加州大学风景园林专业的校企合作教学模式,从促进教学模式改革、提高学生理论联系实践水平和加强企业人才储备等方面总结了该种教学模式的优势,最后对我国风景园林专业教学在师资聘用、校企合作和课程结构等方面提出了建议。

How to effectively solve the contradiction between school education and social needs is the key problem of training the professionals in landscape architecture.The school-enterprise cooperative teaching mode is a popular and effective way in the landscape architecture major of the colleges and universities in domestic and abroad.By analyzing the school-enterprise cooperative teaching mode in the landscape architecture major between South China Agricultural University and University of Southern California,this paper summarizes the advantages of the teaching mode from the aspects of promoting the reform of the teaching mode,improving the ability of the students in combining the theories with practice,and strengthening the enterprise talent cultivation,and finally puts forward some suggestions on the teacher recruitment,school-enterprise cooperation and curriculum setting for landscape architecture education in our country.
