国土空间规划背景下兰州市发展战略研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Lanzhou under the Background of Territory Development Plan

新的国土空间规划是近年来我国城乡规划行业的重大变革,资源环境承载能力与国土空间开发适应性评价(简称“双评价”)作为进行国土空间规划的基础,越来越受到专家学者的关注。研究针对兰州市国土空间开发现状,借助Arcgis软件对兰州市国土空间进行“双评价”分析,得出其在资源利用、环境保护、生态红线管控、灾害防治和建设用选择方面存在诸多问题,同时研究也提出了针对性的策略建议,以使兰州市朝绿色、生态、可持续的方向发展。

The new territory development plan is a major change in our country’s urban and rural planning industry in recent years.The resource and environmental carrying capacity evaluation and territorial development suitability evaluation(referred to as"double evaluation")as the basis for territory development plan has attracted more and more attention from experts and scholars.Based on the current situation of territory development in Lanzhou,the paper conducted a"double evaluation"analysis of land and space in Lanzhou with the help of Arcgis software,and found that there are many problems in resource utilization,environmental protection,ecological red line control,disaster prevention and construction selection.The research also puts forward targeted strategies and suggestions to make Lanzhou have green,ecological and sustainable development.
