3D GIS技术在轨道站点区域地下空间规划的应用探索

摘要 伴随着我国轨道交通建设的发展和轨道站点区域地上—地下一体化开发的推进,站点区域地下空间的开发在优化城市空间结构、提高土地利用效率、提升城市环境品质等方面的作用日益显著。3D GIS技术为实现地下空间的科学规划、建立地下空间信息系统提供了较为完备的技术平台,但以往该技术多应用于地下空间工程领域,在城市规划和城市设计领域的应用非常少。本文从基础数据获取、地下空间建设适宜性分析、步行可达性评估3个层面系统提出了3D GIS技术在站点区域地下空间规划和空间分析中运用的综合方法和技术手段,为建立城市轨道站点影响区地下空间信息系统和促进地下空间系统化、数字化发展提供参考。 With the development of China’s rail transit construction and the development of above-ground and underground integration of rail transit station area,the development of underground space in the affected area of the rail transit station is playing an important role in optimizing the spatial structure,improving the efficiency of urban land use and optimizing the quality of urban environment.3 D GIS technology provides a relatively complete technical platform for the scientific planning of underground space and the establishment of underground space information systems.However,previously,the technology is mostly applied in the field of underground space engineering,rarely applied in the field of urban planning and urban design.This paper systematically puts forward the comprehensive method and technical means of 3 D GIS technology in underground space planning and spatial analysis from three levels:basic data acquisition,suitability analysis of underground space construction,walking accessibility assessment.It provides a reference for the establishment of an underground space information system in the area affected by urban rail stations and for the systematic and digital development of underground space.
