近现代建筑木门窗保护修缮技术探析——以上海为例

Research on the Restoration and Conservation Technique of Wooden Doors and Windows in Modern Buildings——A Case of Shanghai

上海近现代建筑的木门窗存量巨大、形式多样、完损情况不一,是建筑保护修缮时的重点之一。本文在实地调查、访谈和查阅相关文献资料的基础上,通过对木门窗修缮前的价值判断、构件(木料、油漆、玻璃、五金件等)修缮、物理性能提升3个部分的论述,深入分析了木门窗保护修缮过程中存在的问题,并探讨具有可实践性的解决方法,对近现代建筑木门窗的保护修缮有着实际意义。

The restoration and conservation technique of wooden doors and windows in Shanghai modern buildings is one important issue due to the amount of existing wooden doors and windows,their diverse forms and different damage conditions.On the basis of field investigation,interview and literature review,this paper studies the value judgment about existing wooden doors and windows,the restoration of components(wood,paint,glass,hardware,etc)and method of physical property improvement.By making an in-depth analysis on the problems in the process of restoration,the paper discusses practical solutions,which has a practical significance for the conservation of wooden doors and windows in modern buildings.
