新疆高职院校社会主义核心价值观教育现状调查研究

Investigation and Research on the current situation of Socialist Core Values education in Higher Vocational Colleges in Xinjiang

全面厘清新疆高职院校社会主义核心价值观教育现状,是引导高职生树立正确价值观、培育时代新人的前提条件。通过对4所新疆高职院校的实证调研发现,当前新疆高职院校社会主义核心价值观教育存在教育知与行脱节、传播途径未实现多元并进、教育阵地存在协同育人短板、教育过程缺乏系统性、教育内容缺乏针对性等问题。要从三个方面提高教育质量:因事而化,增强社会主义核心价值观教育的感召力;因时而进,提高社会主义核心价值观的亲和力;因势而新,提升社会主义核心价值观教育的聚合力。

To fully clarify the current situation of socialist core values education in Higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang is a prerequisite for guiding higher vocational students to establish correct values and cultivate the New-Times Talents.Based on the empirical investigation of four higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang,it is foundthat there exist some problems in the education of socialist core values in higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang,such as the disconnection between knowledge and practice,the lack of diversified communication channels,theshortage of coordinated education,the lack of systematization in the educational process,and the lack of pertinence in the educational content.The quality of education should be improved from three aspects:it should bechanged by events,and the appeal of socialist core values education should be enhanced;Due to the time,improving the affinity of socialist core values;In terms of the new situation,enhancing the cohesion of socialist core values education.
