中学语文教学渗透心理健康教育的思考

On the infiltration of mental health education into Chinese teaching in Middle Schools

摘要 近年来,学生的心理问题与日俱增,各种极端行为层出不穷,但在当前的学校教育实践中,心理健康教育严重缺乏。语文是中学教育教学体系的重要组成部分,也是学生开展其他学科学习的基础,语文教学大纲明确指出要培养学生的社会主义思想道德品质,发展健康个性,形成健全人格。由于语文学科特有的人文性特征,在心理健康教育知识渗透中优势显著。基于人本主义理论与情绪ABC理论,结合语文教学实践和心理健康教育培训,从课前准备、课堂教学以及课后总结三方面,探索中学语文教学渗透心理健康教育可行路径。 In recent years,students'psychological problems are increasing day by day,and various extreme behaviors emerge in endlessly.However,in the current school education practice,mental health education is seriously lacking.Chinese is an important part of middle school education and teaching system,and it is also the basis for students to learn other subjects.The Chinese syllabus clearly points out that we should cultivate students'socialist ideological and moral quality,develop healthy personality and form a sound personality.Due to the unique humanistic characteristics of Chinese subject,it has a significant advantage in the penetration of mental health education knowledge.Based on humanistic theory and emotional ABC theory,combined with Chinese teaching practice and mental health education and training,this paper explores the feasible path to infiltrate mental health education into Chinese teaching in middle school from three aspects:pre class preparation,classroom teaching and after-school summary.
