摘要
自主学习成为学习型社会中幼儿教师谋求专业发展中不可或缺的一种学习手段,它能真实的反映教师对高质量教育的热烈追求。本研究对河南、新疆和江苏三座城市的幼儿教师进行调查,结果表明:园所性质、劳动关系、年龄、教龄和学历均对幼儿教师自主学习能力和专业能力有一定程度的影响,主要体现在年轻教师队伍的两种能力普遍低于成熟型教师。本文采用回归分析通过分析幼儿教师专业能力受个体自主学习能力的影响力度大小发现幼儿教师的专业能力显著受自主学习能力各维度的影响。为提升年轻教师的专业能力,应努力提高其自主学习能力及信息化应用能力,注重幼儿教师的自主学习精神建设、营造互帮互助的学习氛围。
self-regulated learning has become an indispensable means for preschool teachers to pursue professional development in a learning society.It can truly reflect the teachers'ardent pursuit of high-quality education.This study investigated preschool teachers in three cities of Henan,Xinjiang and Jiangsu,the results show that the nature of kindergarten,labor relations,age,length of schooling and educational background have certain influence on preschool teachers'autonomous learning ability and professional ability,the two abilities of young teachers are lower than those of mature teachers.The regression analysis shows that preschool teachers'professional ability is significantly affected by the dimensions of self-regulated learning ability.In order to improve young teachers'professional ability,we should try our best to improve their self-learning ability,pay attention to the construction of preschool teachers'self-learning Spirit,build the learning atmosphere of mutual help,and improve their ability of information.
