新时代背景下的新疆南疆地区文化扶贫路径探析

An Analysis of Cultural Poverty Alleviation Approach in Southern Xinjiang under the Background of the New Age

文化扶贫是脱贫攻坚的重要组成部分,对新疆南疆地区来说,既是精神层面的提升,更是让文化认同与社会稳定和长治久安双向支持的重要抓手。目前南疆地区文化扶贫中仍存在思想政治教育出现短板、美丽乡村建设缺位、文化扶贫与产业扶贫的有效结合不紧密等问题,故本文本着问题导向意识,提出南疆文化扶贫要与铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育结合起来,和建设美丽乡村结合起来,与产业扶贫结合起来等文化扶贫路径。

Cultural Poverty Alleviation is an important part of poverty alleviation.It is not only the promotion of spiritual level,but also an important hand to support cultural identity,social stability and long-term peace and stability.At present,there are still some problems such as the shortage of ideological and political education,the absence of beautiful rural construction,and the incompact combination of cultural poverty alleviation and industrial poverty alleviation,furthermore,it is suggested that the cultural poverty alleviation in southern Xinjiang should be combined with the Volksgemeinschaft education,the construction of beautiful villages,and the industrial poverty alleviation.
