汉语国际传播背景下对外汉语教师的综合素养探析

摘要 中国经济的快速发展吸引了世界各国的目光,中国悠久的历史、文化、哲学对世界具有长期的吸引力和影响力,在此背景下,汉语国际传播呈现出前所未有的多元化发展态势,对对外汉语教师的综合素养提出了更高更专业的要求。优秀的对外汉语教师不仅需要具备扎实的学科专业知识、较强的教学能力、广博的中国文化知识及跨文化交际能力,还要培养自己的学习和研究意识并具备良好的职业素养。对外汉语教师是中国语言文化的使者,其优良的综合素养有助于促进中外语言文化交流与合作。 The rapid development of China’s economy has attracted the attention of all countries in the world,and China’s long history,culture and philosophy have a long-term attraction and influence on the world.In this context,the international communication of Chinese presents an unprecedented trend of diversified development,which puts forward higher and more professional requirements for the comprehensive qualities of teachers who teach Chinese as a foreign language.Excellent teachers who teach Chinese as a foreign language need to possess solid professional knowledge,strong teaching ability,a wide range of knowledge of Chinese culture and inter-cultural communication competence.In addition,teachers who teach Chinese as a foreign language should also cultivate their own awareness of learning and research as well as having good professional ethics.Teachers who teach Chinese as a foreign language are the ambassadors of international communication of Chinese language and culture.Besides,their excellent comprehensive qualities contribute to promoting the exchange and cooperation between Chinese and foreign languages and cultures.
