Strengthening the Construction of Student Cadre Team by Higher Vocational Counselors in the New Era

阐述了新时代高职辅导员与学生干部队伍的重要关系,梳理了高职辅导员在学生干部队伍建设中存在的选拔方法不科学、培育措施不完善、激励惩罚不及时等问题,提出了科学运用学生干部选拔办法、完善和落实学生干部培育制度、应用现代信息技术推进学生干部奖惩机制等加强学生干部队伍建设的策略。

The important relationships between higher vocational counselors and student cadres in the new era are demonstrated,and some problems are also pointed out in the construction of student cadres as follows:unscientific selection methods,imperfect training measures,and untimely incentives and punishments.Vocational counselors should scientifically use the proper methods to select student cadres,improve and implement the cultivation system,and promote the reward and punishment mechanism through modern information technology,which can strengthen student cadre team construction.
