重大公共卫生事件中网络社会情绪的生成与治理——以新冠肺炎疫情为例 被引量:2

摘要 在疫情防控背景下,网络社会情绪呈现出卷入度高、波动性大、道德指向强的特点,其生成具有一定的逻辑,是多种因素共同作用的结果。负面社会情绪对网络舆论引导和社会治理带来诸多挑战,即恶化网络舆论空间,消弭公共理性;消解主流意识形态,削弱抗疫能量;催生行为失范,加剧社会治理难度。网络社会情绪治理目标的实现,需要通过社会心态调适、网络生态优化和利益诉求关切三方面加强工作,营造风清气正的网络社会空间。 Under the background of epidemic prevention and control,online social emotions are characterized by high involvement,great volatility and strong moral orientation,which have a certain logic and are the result of a variety of factors.Negative social emotions bring many challenges to the guidance of network public opinion and social governance,that is,to worsen the space of network public opinion and eliminate public rationality;to dispel the mainstream ideology and weaken the anti-epidemic energy;to promote behavior anomie and increase the difficulty of social governance.To achieve the goal of emotional governance in network society,it is needed to adjust the social mentality,optimize the network ecology,and pay attention to the interest demands to create a clean and healthy network social space.
