摘要
综述了大庆三元复合驱油田高硅体系的硅垢种类、成垢原因和结垢危害,总结了针对高硅体系清垢剂的种类和机理。常见的无机酸和有机酸性清垢剂对于去碳酸盐垢、铁垢等效果较好,但是对于去除高硅体系垢效果不佳,并且对于管线、管道和设备腐蚀严重,重点综述了几种替代传统酸性清垢剂的复合酸性清垢剂、无机盐类清垢剂和螯合剂,已在油田中得到了广泛应用,展望了未来三元复合驱油田高硅体系清垢剂的研究方向。
In this paper,the types of silicon scale,the causes of scale formation and the damage of scale formation in the high silicon system of Daqing ternary complex flooding oil field are reviewed.The common inorganic acid and organic acid cleaning agent have good effect on removing carbonate scale,iron scale and so on,but it is not good for removing high silicon system scale,and it is corroded seriously for pipeline,pipeline and equipment.Several kinds of compound acid scale cleaning agent,inorganic salt scale cleaning agent and chelating agent are reviewed,which have been widely used in oil fields.The future research direction of scale cleaning agent for high silicon system in ternary flooding oil field is prospected.
