基于三阶段DEA模型的科技型中小企业创新效率评价研究——以石家庄市为例

Research on Innovation Efficiency Evaluation of Technology-based SMEs based on Three-stage DEA Model:a Case Study of Shijiazhuang

创新是企业进步的灵魂,自主创新能力对科技型中小企业尤为重要,创新效率能够有效的反应企业的创新能力。通过以石家庄各地区科技型中小企业为研究对象,运用三阶段DEA模型,对剔除产业聚集程度、经济发展水平、平均企业规模、劳动人员素质四个环境因素影响前后进行创新效率对比研究,结果表明:环境因素对石家庄科技型中小企业创新效率影响显著,石家庄科技型中小企业的创新效率有较大提升空间,针对研究结果,进而提出石家庄科技型中小企业创新效率提升建议。

Innovation is the soul of enterprise progress,independent innovation ability is particularly important for technology-based SMEs,innovation efficiency can effectively reflect the innovation ability of enterprises.Tanking technology-based SMEs in Shijiazhuang as the research object,using the three stage DEA model,innovation efficiency comparison and study on the four environmental factors in terms of eliminate industry aggregation degree,economic development level,the average firm size and labor personnel quality,the results showed that the environmental factors that impact on the efficiency of technology-based SMEs in Shijiazhuang,the innovation efficiency of technology-based SMEs has a larger space.According to the results of the study,the study puts forward the suggestions to improve efficiency.
