当前,产业链现代化与产业基础高级化已成为我国的重大经济发展战略。河北作为传统制造业大省,正面临产业转型升级的重大机遇期。通过归纳总结河北省制造业发展的特征事实,解析数字经济推动重塑产业链的路径,进一步探索数字经济发展影响产业结构升级的微观机理,结合当前数字经济现状,划分消费平台和产业平台两种数字经济发展模式分析其对产业结构合理化与高级化的影响机制。在此基础上,结合相关案例,针对河北省制造业现状,提出创新产业政策的方向和具体建议。
