大数据时代我国行政管理体制改革面临的机遇与挑战分析

Opportunities and Challenges Faced by China's Administrative System Reform in the Era of Big Data

大数据的广泛应用既提高了工作效率,也带来了新的机遇和挑战。我国行政机构大力推进管理体制改革,在大数据时代背景下,相关信息系统为行政管理提供了良好的支撑和帮助。在大数据应用层面通过挖掘行政大数据的价值,保证科学管理、科学决策、推进科学发展。但发展中仍存在大数据信息孤立无法共享,不能发挥数据价值,大数据利用和管理方法不健全等问题,提出建立共享机制,解决信息孤岛问题,建立健全大数据利用和管理机制等对策建议。

The wide application of big data not only improves work efficiency,but also brings new opportunities and challenges.In the era of big data,the relevant information system provides good support and help for the administrative management.At the application level of big data,we can ensure scientific management,scientific decision-making and promote scientific development by mining the value of administrative big data.However,there are still some problems in the development,such as the isolation of big data information,unable to play the value of data,imperfect use and management methods of big data,and so on.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as establishing a sharing mechanism to solve the problem of isolated information island,and establishing and improving the use and management mechanism of big data.
