社会责任观视角下国有文化企业社会效益评价体系要素研究 被引量:1

摘要 国有文化企业在承担社会责任、保证社会效益的前提下,实现经济效益、社会效益二者相统一,已成为当代社会的共识。为充分发挥社会效益评价体系的作用,以社会责任观为出发点,通过分析价值创造、战略协同如何影响企业的社会责任投入,以及社会责任投入又如何在道德基础的影响下产出社会效益,梳理经济效益、社会责任投入与社会效益的内在关系,确立了战略协同、企业投入、道德基础、个体效率四个评价关键要素。
