Influencing factors of coating of closed scraper

封闭式刮刀涂布是近年来出现的一种新型、环保的涂布系统。随着科学技术的进步,封闭式刮刀系统在涂布机中的应用也日渐增多。在涂布设备中,封闭式刮刀涂布系统不仅节省了胶粘剂,控制了溶剂的挥发,同时减少了空气污染,有利于改善车间环境,而且能够大幅提高生产效率[1]。本文主要论述了使用封闭刮刀涂布对涂布量精确控制的方法。

Closed blade coating is a new environmental protection coating system in recent years.With the progress of science and technology,the application of closed scraper system in coater is increasing.In the coating equipment,the closed scraper coating system not only saves the adhesive,controls the solvent volatilization,but also reduces the air pollution,which is conducive to improving the workshop environment,and can greatly improve the production efficiency[1].
