彩色多普勒超声对化工作业者化学性肝损伤临床检查研究

Study on clinical examination of chemical liver injury in chemical workers by color Doppler ultrasound

目的:观察彩色多普勒超声对化工作业者化学性肝损伤临床检查效果。方法:随机选取我院2019年1月—2020年5月收治的80例化学性肝损伤患者为临床观察对象,根据随机分配的方式,将其分为对照组(n=40)与实验组(n=40),对照组患者进行肝损伤常规临床诊断,实验组在常规检查的基础上,进行彩色多普勒超声检查,对比两组患者的临床诊断结果。结果:实验组诊断符合率高于对照组,且能够清晰显示化学性肝损伤病变的彩超特征与血流特征,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:彩色多普勒超声检测化工作业者化学性肝损伤效果显著,确诊率高,可精确检出病变进程,符合现代化医学发展趋势,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of color Doppler ultrasound on chemical liver injury in chemical workers.Methods 80 patients with chemical liver injury in our hospital from January 2019 to may 2020 were randomly selected as the clinical observation objects.According to the random distribution,they were divided into the control group(n=40)and the experimental group(n=40).The patients in the control group received routine clinical diagnosis of liver injury,and the experimental group received color Doppler ultrasound examination on the basis of routine examination.The clinical diagnosis results of the two groups were compared.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the color Doppler ultrasound characteristics and blood flow characteristics of chemical liver injury lesions could be clearly displayed,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound detection of chemical liver injury in chemical workers has significant effect,high diagnosis rate,can accurately detect the pathological process,in line with the development trend of modern medicine,and is worthy of promotion.
