摘要
现代符号学发端于两个源头:一是瑞士语言学家索绪尔的语言学研究,另一则是源于美国哲学家皮尔斯的逻辑学。产品符号学是基于符号学的理论意涵、思维逻辑及实践方法论,对产品及其设计予以符号学的认知、梳理与导引,从“人—物—环境—社会—文化”关系的框架与基点出发,提出产品设计及其构建,完形的思维模型,实施程序与获取方法,给予产品以符号学视域下的多维构建策略和价值取向,为可持续发展背景下的产品设计创新与符号生态创造提供新的方式和途径。相较于符号,产品形态在要旨属性、核心功效、物质对象与内涵承载等方面,均表现出一定的差异与相对的复杂性,其设计工作会面向和应对更多的内容和挑战,而设计依托的学理内涵及实践方式也必将随之呈现出多元化、复合化的态势与趋向。
There are two origins of Modern Semiotics:one is in the linguistic study of Saussure,a Swiss linguist;the other is from the logic of American philosopher Pierce.Product semiotics is to recognize,sort out and guide products and their design with the theoretical meaning,thinking logic and practical methodology of semiotics.Based on the framework and basic point of"human object environment society culture",product semiotics can put forward the thinking model,implementation procedure and acquisition method for the product design and itsconstruction and complete image.Product semiotics gives products multi-dimensional construction strategy and value orientation from the perspective of semiotics,and provides new ways and means for product design innovation and symbol ecological creation under the background of sustainable development.Compared with symbols,product forms show certain differences and relative complexity in the aspects of essential attributes,core efficacy,material objects and connotation bearing.Its design work will face and respond to more contents and challenges,and the theoretical connotation and practice mode of design will also present a diversified and complex trend and orientation.
