成都市某家具制造企业工人职业紧张现状及影响因素

Status of occupational stress of workers in a furniture manufacturing enterprise and its influencing factors

目的了解成都市某家具制造企业工人职业紧张状况并探讨其影响因素。方法采用自制一般人口学问卷、工作内容量表以及普通健康问卷于2019年6月17—27日对成都市崇州市某大型家私公司工人的职业紧张以及精神卫生状况进行测量,运用多元方差分析、成组t检验进行统计分析。结果865名工人中,职业紧张构成情况:零紧张16.76%、轻度紧张38.15%、中度紧张31.45%、高度紧张13.64%。是否加班、睡眠情况、精神卫生状况是影响工作要求维度得分的影响因素(均P<0.05);文化程度、婚姻状况、是否加班、工种、睡眠情况、精神卫生状况等是影响社会支持得分的因素(均P<0.05)。本次调查的865人中,判定为精神卫生异常的有23人,占2.66%,精神卫生异常的人数较少。结论成都市某家具厂工人职业紧张检出率较高,职业紧张的影响因素主要有文化程度、婚姻状况、加班、工种、睡眠情况、精神卫生状况。管理层应充分掌握工人职业紧张情况,加大社会支持以降低工人的职业紧张感。

Objective To investigate the occupational stress status of workers in a furniture manufacturing enterprise,explore its influencing factors.Methods Using the self-made general demographic questionnaire,work content scale and general health questionnaire,the occupational stress and mental health status of workers in a large private furniture enterprise in Chongzhou City of Chengdu City were measured from June 17 to 27,2019.Multivariate analysis of variance and group t test were used for statistical analysis.Results Among the 865 workers,the composition of occupational stress was as follows:zero stress of 16.76%,mild stress of38.15%,moderate stress of 31.45%and high stress of 13.64%.Overtime work,sleep status and mental health status were the influencing factors for the score of job requirement dimension(all P<0.05).Education level,marital status,overtime work,type of work,sleep status,mental health status were the influencing factors for the score of social support(all P<0.05).Of the 865 people in this survey,23 were diagnosed as mental health disorders,accounting for 2.66%.The number of people with mental health disorders was relatively small.Conclusion The detection rate of occupational stress in furniture factory workers is high,and the main influencing factors of occupational stress include education level,marital status,overtime work,type of work,sleep status and mental health status.The managers should fully grasp the occupational stress of workers and increase social support to reduce the occupational stress of workers.
