2016~2018年扬州市新报告50岁以上男性HIV感染者/AIDS病人艾防知识知晓和行为学调查

Analysis on AIDS-related knowledge and behaviours of newly reported male HIV/AIDS patients cases over 50 years old,Yangzhou city,2016-2018

目的了解扬州市50岁以上男性HIV感染者/AIDS病人的艾防知识知晓率及行为学特征,为制订调整防控措施提供科学依据。方法对近3年扬州市新发现的50岁以上男性HIV感染者/AIDS病人开展一对一问卷调查,并对调查结果作统计分析。结果2016年至2018年6月扬州市新发现50岁以上男性感染HIV者162例,完成问卷调查161例,有效率99.00%(161/162)。艾滋病知识知晓率为70.81%(114/161),诊断前1年内,47.20%(76/161)有商业异性性行为,10.55%(17/161)有非婚非商异性性行为(4例为固定性伴,13例为临时异性性行为),42.36%有男男同性性行为(75/161),性行为中坚持使用安全套的比例仅为2.63%(2/76),0.00%(0/17),4.00%(3/75)。7.45%(12/161)既往接受过艾滋病检测,确诊病例主要以医院被动检测发现为主。职业为农民的调查对象在知晓率(OR=2.71,P<0.05)、既往检测(χ^(2)=7.17,P<0.01)及主动检测意识(OR=2.84,P<0.05)方面均明显低于其他职业。结论扬州市50岁以上男性HIV感染者/AIDS病人确诊前1年中存在相当高的比例的非婚性行为,职业为农民的防控意识较弱。

Objective To understand the knowledge awareness rate and behavior characteristics of AIDS prevention among male HIV/AIDS patients over 50 years old in Yangzhou city,so as to provide scientific basis for making adjustment of prevention and control measures.Methods A one-to-one questionnaire survey was conducted on newly reported male HIV-infected persons and AIDS patients over 50 years old in the last 3 years,and the survey results were statistically analyzed.Results From 2016 to June 2018,a total of 162 new cases of HIV infection were found in men over 50 years old in Yangzhou city,161 cases completed questionnaire survey,and the efficiency was 99.00%(161/162).The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 70.81%(114/161).Among 161 cases,47.20%(76/161)had commercial heterosexual sex,and 2.63%(2/76)of the sex use of condoms were maintained;10.55%(17/161)had non-marital and non-commercial heterosexual sex(4 cases were fixed sexual partners,13 cases were temporary heterosexual sex),and 0.00%(0/17)of the sex use of condoms were maintained;42.36%had same-sex sex with men(75/161),only 4.00%(3/75)of the sex use of condoms were maintained.7.45%(12/161)had been tested for AIDS in the past,and the diagnosis was mainly based on the passive test in hospital.The awareness rate(ORvalue=2.71,P<0.05),previous test(P<0.01)and active test awareness(ORvalue=2.84,P<0.05)of the respondents whose occupations were peasants were significantly lower than those of other occupations.Conclusion There is a high proportion of unmarried sexual behavior among male HIV/AIDS patients over 50 years old in Yangzhou city,and the prevention and control awareness of farmers are weak.
