一种电机测试平台的设计实现和应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对车载门控电机的检测需求和测试要求,从控制系统、负载设计、理论计算等方面介绍了电机测试平台的设计方法和实现过程。设计实现的控制系统集成了线路控制、参数检测和信息显示等功能;基于对曲柄滑块进行的运动分析和参数计算结果,设计并实现了负载系统。采用设计制作的电机测试平台,在不同重量滑块负载情况下,对门控电机的运行参数(电压、电流、转速和转向)进行了高效检测。测试结果表明,检测参数直观地反应了被测电机的工作状态;在一定负载(5.3~13.6 kg)情况下,曲柄滑块负载系统很好地模拟门控电机开关门操作工况;采用两种不同方式实现的电机转向检测结果准确;采用两种不同方式(电磁传感器、电机电流周期)实现的电机转速检测结果误差分别低于1%和9%;基于对三台门控电机样例检测数据的分析,系统实现了故障电机的精准检测。电机测试平台的成功应用表明,该设计实现满足实际工程应用需求。 In response to test requirements of onboard door motor, the paper presents the design method and implementation process of the motor testing platform from the aspects of control system, load design, theory calculation, etc. Designed and implemented control system integrates the function of line control, parameter detection and information display. Based on the motion analysis and parameter calculation results of the crank slider, the paper designs and realizes the crank slider load system. By using the designed motor test platform, the parameters of voltage, current, rotating speed and rotating direction of the door motor are tested efficiently under different weight sliders load. The test results show that the detection parameters intuitively reflect the working status of the tested motor;under certain load(5.3~13.6 kg), the crank slider load system well simulates the operating conditions of door motor opening and closing the door, the results of motor rotation direction which is detected in two different ways are precise, the result errors of motor rotation speed which is detected in two different ways of electromagnetic sensor and motor current cycle are less than 1% and 9% respectively, based on the analysis of detection data of three door motors, the system achieves accurate detection of faulty motors. Successful application of the motor test platform shows that the system meets the requirements of actual engineering applications.
