考虑货主偏好的航运服务在线多属性拍卖模型 被引量:2

摘要 为解决船东选择和货主支付问题,基于航运电商平台,考虑货主属性偏好,研究航运服务在线多属性拍卖模型.首先,引入货主对不同属性权重的排序,构建基于改进离差平方和最大的航运服务多属性拍卖决策模型,确定赢得拍卖的船东,改变现有研究仅考虑最大区分度而忽略货主偏好,从而导致决策结果与实际相差较大的弊端;然后,引入船东等效报价函数,制定以最低等效报价为交易价格的规则,改变现有多属性拍卖研究以船东报价作为收入而无法实现诚实报价的不足;最后,数例结果表明,考虑货主偏好的多属性拍卖模型更符合实际,可很好地应用在航运服务多属性拍卖中. In order to solve the problem of shipowner selection and shipper payment,an online multi-attribute auction model of shipping services was studied based on shipping e-commerce platform and considering the shipper’s preference.Firstly,the shipper’s ranking of different attribute weights was introduced,and a shipping service multi-attribute auction decision-making model based on the improved sum of squares of deviation was constructed to determine the shipowner who won the auction.The existing research only considered the maximum differentiation and ignored the shipper’s preference,which resulted in a big difference between the decision-making results and the actual situation.Secondly,the shipowner’s equivalent bidding function was introduced to formulate the rule of taking the lowest equivalent offer as the transaction price,which could change the deficiency of the existing multi-attribute auction research,which took the shipowner’s quotation as the income and can not realize the honest bidding.Finally,the results of several examples show that the multi-attribute auction model considering the preference of shipper is more practical and can be applied to the multi-attribute auction of shipping services.
