摘要
高技能人才是我国经济持续高质量发展的重要人力资源保障。文章基于终身职业能力培训优化体系视角,分析我国高技能人才终身职业能力培训体系优化的必要性,针对目前存在的各主体间缺乏协同、企业参与积极性不高、高技能人才参与积极性不高等问题,提出建立终身职业能力培训多主体协同运行机制、通过加大税收减免提高企业积极性、通过建立学分银行提高学习主动性等优化策略。
High-skilled talents are guarantees for sustainable high-quality economic development in China.Based on the perspective of the optimization system for lifelong vocational ability training,this paper analyzes the necessity of optimizing the lifelong vocational ability training system for high-skilled talents in China,and puts forward the current problems of lack of coordination among various subjects,low enthusiasm of enterprises to participate,and low enthusiasm of highly skilled talents.In the end,this paper comes up with solutions such as building up coopevative mechanism of lifelong vocational ability training,stimulating enthusium of enterprises through reducing tax,and enhancing leavning motivation by building credit banks.
