摘要
时代变革新形势下,从教育观与人才观双重视角分析交通职教集团育人使命,须具备“职业性”与“高等性”双重特征,以满足行业转型升级对复合型技术技能人才的需求。在当前行业协会去行政化背景下,交通运输行业协会应将职教集团视为服务对象之一,利用自身在行业企业、政府政策、信息数据等方面的优势资源,引领、主导交通职教集团开展跨界育人合作,推动惠企多元利益机制落地,构建终身学习与无边界教育体系,打造校企共建仿真教学工场,促进行业资源优化整合,推进交通运输行业实现多方共赢、良性发展。
In the process of new era reform,the mission of transportation vocational education group is analyzed from the dual perspectives of education and talent.It must be equipped with the dual standards of"occupation"and"equal-altitude",so as to meet the needs of the industrial transformation and upgrading for compound technical talents.In the current background of de-administration in industrial associations,transportation industrial associations should regard vocational education groups as main service objects,making use of their advantageous resources in industry,enterprises,government policies,information and data,etc.In this way,transport vocational education groups can carry out cross-border education cooperation;promote enterprise varied interests mechanism ground;build life-long learning and borderless education system;construct simulation teaching workshop,so as to promote the integration of industry resources optimization and overall transportation industry to realize win-win situation and sustainable development.
