摘要
推进城市社区体育治理体系现代化是我国群众体育发展与改革的必然要求,在城市社区体育治理现代化过程中仍面临治理制度不完善、治理主体权责不清晰、治理体系法制不健全、治理手段落后等现实困境。提出健全社区体育治理制度、激发治理内在驱动力、优化治理能力架构、采取多元共治、健全法制体系、引入信息智能技术,提升现代化发展进程。
It is an inevitable requirement for the development and reform of our country’s mass sports in the process of promoting the modernization of the urban community sports governance system.Problems still exist like unclear rights and responsibilities of governance subjects,imperfect governance and legal systems,and backward methods.It is proposed to improve the community sports governance system,stimulate the internal driving force of governance,optimize the governance structure,improve multiple co-governance,improve the legal system,introduce information methods,and accelerate the modernization process.
