标准化病人联合自制模拟教具在助产仿真实训教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨标准化病人联合自制模拟教具的教学模式在高职助产仿真实训教学中的应用效果。方法以无锡卫生高等职业技术学校2017级助产专业两个班学生作为研究对象,1班(52人)为试验组,采取标准化病人联合自制模拟教具的教学模式;2班(53人)为对照组,采取标准化病人教学模式。课程结束后,比较两组综合实训成绩的平均分、试验组开展课程前后创新能力评估表(ICEA)得分,以及两组自制教学反馈调查问卷的结果。结果试验组各项目综合实训成绩及总成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组课程后创新能力评估表各维度得分均高于课程开展前,对该教学模式的反馈优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论高职助产仿真实训应用标准化病人联合自制模拟教具的教学模式有助于提高学生学习的主动性,提升学习效果;有助于提升学生的创新能力,培养学生创新意识。 Objective To explore the application effects of standardized patients combined with self-made simulation teaching aids in midwifery simulation practical education.Methods Two classes of midwifery students from grade 2017 of Wuxi Higher Health Vocational Technology School were selected.Totally 52 students from class one were enrolled into the experimental group where standardized patients combined with hybrid simulation mode were applied.While 53 students from class two were included in control group where standardized patient teaching mode was applied merely.The average scores of comprehensive training performance,Innovation Creativity Effectiveness Assessment(ICEA)and the results of the self-made teaching feedback questionnaire between the two groups of students were compared.Results The average scores of comprehensive training performance of the experimental group was higher than that of control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group’s scores of ICEA after the course were higher than before in all dimensions significantly(P<0.05).The feedback of the experimental group showed better teaching effect compared with that of control group.Conclusions The application of hybrid mode combining with standardized patients with self-made simulation teaching aids in midwifery simulation practice in vocational education can strengthen students’academic performance,enhance their learning initiative,develop their innovation creativity effectiveness,and improve their comprehensive qualities.
