思维导图在介入栓塞术治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者术前准备中的应用与分析

Application of mind map in preoperative preparation of patients with intracranial aneurysm treated by interventional embolization

目的探讨分析思维导图在介入栓塞术治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者术前准备中的应用效果。方法将2017年5月至2019年6月期间在南通大学附属医院择期进行介入栓塞手术治疗的60例颅内动脉瘤患者作为研究对象,其中:2017年5月至2018年5月期间30例作为对照组,给予常规术前准备;2018年6月至2019年6月期间30例作为研究组,在常规术前准备基础上进行思维导图管理。比较两组患者进入手术室前对疾病的了解程度、对护理满意度及术前准备缺陷发生率与医师对术前准备的满意度。结果研究组患者疾病知晓评估问卷各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术前准备总缺陷率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者对术前护理总满意度与医师对术前准备总满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在介入栓塞术治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者术前准者中应用思维导图管理,可有效提高患者对相关疾病的知情率,降低术前准备缺陷率,提高患者及医生对护理工作的满意度。同时,思维导图制作简单、使用方便、成本低廉,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of mind map in preoperative preparation of patients with intracranial aneurysms treated by interventional embolization.Methods Sixty patients with intracranial aneurysms who underwent elective interventional embolization at the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from May 2017 to June 2019 were included as research subjects.Among them,30 cases from May 2017 to May 2018 were used as the control group,given routine preoperative preparation.And 30 patients from June 2018 to June 2019,served as the study group,mind map management is launched based on the routine preoperative preparation.The patients'understanding of disease,satisfaction with nursing care,incidence of preoperative preparation defects and physician's satisfaction with preoperative preparation before entering the operating room of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of the disease awareness assessment questionnaires in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total defect rate of preoperative preparation in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the study group with preoperative care and the satisfaction of doctors with preoperative preparation were higher than those in the control groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of mind map in preoperative patients with intracranial aneurysm treated by interventional embolization can effectively improve the patients'awareness rate of related diseases,reduce the rate of preoperative preparation defects,improve patients'satisfaction with the doctors'nursing work,and the practice of mind map is low in cost,simple to make,and easy to use,and is worthy of clinical use.
