关键触发点控制结合分度差异化干预对新生儿红臀的预防效果

Effect of key trigger point control combined with grading differentiation intervention on prevention of red buttock in neonates

目的探究关键触发点控制结合分度差异化干预应用于预防新生儿红臀的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月收治的新生儿200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组给予常规红臀防护干预,观察组给予关键触发点控制结合分度差异化干预,对比两组新生儿红臀发生率、红臀严重程度及临床疗效。结果观察组干预1周后新生儿红臀发生情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预1周后红臀严重程度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预1周后临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关键触发点控制结合分度差异化干预应用于预防新生儿红臀中,可显著降低新生儿红臀发生率,并有效提高其临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of key trigger point control combined with grading differentiation intervention in preventing neonatal red buttocks.Methods Two hundred neonates,admitted from January 2018 to January 2020,were randomly divided into two groups,100 cases each.The neonates in the control group were given routine red buttock protection intervention,while those in the observation group were given key trigger point control combined with grading differentiation intervention.The incidence of red buttock,the severity of red buttock and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of neonatal red buttocks in the observation group was lower than that in the control group one week after intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the severity of red buttocks between the two groups after one week of intervention(P>0.05);the clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group one week after intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of key trigger point control combined with grading differentiation intervention in the prevention of neonatal red buttocks can significantly reduce the incidence of neonatal red buttocks,and effectively improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical use.
