摘要
以2-氯烟碱醛和苯乙炔为原料,在双三苯基膦二氯化钯催化作用下,发生Sonogashira偶联反应,得到目标化合物2-(苯乙炔基)烟碱醛,产物结构通过核磁共振氢谱和质谱表征。并研究该偶联反应最佳条件为:物料比n(苯乙炔)∶n(2-氯烟碱醛)=1.8∶1;钯催化剂用量为n(双三苯基膦二氯化钯)∶n(2-氯烟碱醛)=0.06∶1;反应溶剂为DMF和TEA的混合液(V∶V=1∶1.5);回流反应10h,产物收率为68.8%。
2-(Phenylethynyl)nicotinaldehyde was synthesized from 2-chloronicotinaldehyde and phenylacetylene via Sonogashira coupling reaction catalyzed by palladium diphenylphosphine dichloride.The structure of the product was characterized by 1 H NMR and mass spectrometry.The optimum conditions of the coupling reaction were as follows:The mole ratio of material n(Phenylacetylene)∶n(2-Chloronicotinaldehyde)=1.8∶1;the amount of palladium catalyst was n(Pd(PPh3)2Cl2)∶n(2-Chloronicotinaldehyde)=0.06∶1;the reaction solvent was a mixture of DMF and TEA(V∶V=1∶1.5);The yield of product was 68.8%after reflux for 10h.
