摘要
目的实验开发建立采用浓缩法将地表水样品进行浓缩处理,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定钡、钴、铝、镍、钼重金属残留的分析方法。方法随机取地表水样品1000mL,将表面悬浮物去除,过滤后置于全自动浓缩仪浓缩,浓缩液加0.25mL浓HNO_(3),用纯化水定容至50mL,上电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪定量检测。结果钡、钴、铝、镍、钼在浓度范围0.02~4.0μg·L^(-1)范围内,线性良好(R2均大于0.995);检出限分别为0.012、0.009、0.005、0.006和0.010μg·L^(-1);2水平加标回收率在86.3%~93.5%之间;重复性RSD均在5%以内。结论此方法灵敏、快速、准确,适用于地表水中极微量重金属残留的检测。
PURPOSE An analytical method for the determination of heavy metal residues in barium,cobalt,aluminum,nickel and molybdenum by ICP-AES was developed.METHOD Take 1000 mL of surface water sample randomly,remove the surface suspended matter,filter it and put it into full-automatic concentration instrument for concentration,add 0.25 mL concentrated nitric acid to the concentrated solution,fix the volume to 50 mL with purified water,and conduct quantitative detection with ICP-AES.RESULT Barium,cobalt,aluminum,nickel and molybdenum have good linearity in the concentration range of 0.02~4.0μg·L^(-1)(R2 is greater than 0.995);the detection limits are 0.012,0.009,0.005,0.006 and 0.010μg·L^(-1),respectively;the recovery of standard addition at level 2 is 86.3%~93.5%;the repeatability RSD is within 5%.CONCLUSION This method is sensitive,rapid and accurate,and is suitable for the detection of trace heavy metal residues in surface water.
