摘要 土壤样品以HNO3(5.0mL)-HF(4.0mL)-H2O2(1.0mL)在一定的温度和时间下微波消解处理后,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中铜、铅、锌、镉及镍元素含量。在最佳工作条件下测定各金属元素含量,各元素的加标回收率在95.8%~103.4%之间,标准工作曲线的线性相关系数均大于0.99,该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.21%~5.77%(n=6)。该方法结果满意,可用于土壤中金属元素的含量测定。 The contents of Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd and Ni in samples of were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with microwave digestion technique.After being treated by microwave digestion with 5.0 mL HNO3-4.0 mL HF-1.0 mL H2O2 at a suitable temperature and time,the above 5 kinds of metal elements in the soil samples were determined under the optimum operating condition,the recoveries ratios of the elements ranged from of 95.8%~103.4%,the linear correlation coefficients of the calibration curve were all more than 0.99,the relative standard deviations of the results were 2.21%~5.77%(n=6).The results of the samples are very satisfied.This method is suitable for the determination of the 5 kinds of metallic elements in soil samples.
