摘要
本文针对大庆油田地质特征和流体性质,以粘均分子量、聚合物分子聚集体尺寸以及采收率为评价指标,在探究分压注入工具对溶液基础性能影响的基础上,开展了分压注入工具对三元复合溶液储层适应性的影响实验研究。结果表明,分压注入工具的结构参数(喷嘴直径、槽数)和施工参数(流量)与其对三元复合体系的剪切作用强度密切相关,当分压注入工具对三元复合体系剪切作用增大时,原有的聚合物长链结构被破坏,聚合物分子聚集体尺寸减小,包裹水分子能力下降,粘均分子量也随之下降。在利用分压注入工具开展三元复合驱时,可通过改变相关工艺参数(喷嘴直径、槽数和流量)来控制进入不同物性储层驱替液的受剪切强度,在保证层间吸液压差平衡的基础上,满足不同渗透率储层的流度控制需求,进而得到最佳增油效果。
Aimed at the geological characteristics and fluid properties of Daqing oilfield,we carried out the experimental researches on effect of partial pressure injection tool on the reservoir applicability of the ASP composite solution,taking the viscosity average molecular weight,polymer molecular aggregates size and recovery rate as the evaluation index,based on the study to explore the influence of partial pressure injection tool on the basic performance of the ASP composite solution.The results show that,the structure parameters of partial pressure injection tool(nozzle diameter,slot number)and construction parameters(flow rate)have close relationship with the shear strength suffered by the ASP composite solution.When the shearing action caused by partial pressure injection tool increases,the original long chain of polymer get destroyed,polymer molecular aggregates size become smaller,ability to wrap water molecules get weaker,the viscosity average molecular weight also decreases.When using partial pressure tool to conduct ASP composite solution flooding,we can control the shearing strength suffered by displacement solution that get into the layers with different characteristics,so as to meet the mobility controlling requirement of different permeability reservoir and realize the goal of increasing oil under the condition of ensuring the balance of suck pressure between different layers.
