聚合物管道在线溶解试验装置设计及研发

摘要 为考察适用于海上油田应用的海水速溶聚合物ZJ-SR快速溶解特性,配套研发一种1000m管道模拟聚合物在线溶解试验装置,主要包括:氮封密闭聚合物干粉分散及母液配制系统、聚合物母液稀释系统、1000m DN70循环管道模拟在线流动溶解系统。用于模拟矿场配注聚合物过程,通过不同溶解时间在线取样,检测聚合物溶液粘度、不溶物,实时观测注聚管道中聚合物在线流动状态和溶液稳定性,验证海水速溶聚合物可在注聚管道实现30min快速完全溶解。 In order to investigate the fast dissolution characteristics of ZJ-SR,a seawater instant polymer suitable for offshore oilfield applications and a 1000 m pipeline simulation polymer online dissolution test device was developed,which mainly includes nitrogen-sealed polymer dry powder dispersion and mother liquor preparation system,polymer mother liquor.The dilution system and 1000 m DN70 circulation pipeline simulate an online flow dissolution system.It is used to simulate the process of polymer injection in mines.Through online sampling at different dissolution times,the viscosity and insoluble matter of the polymer solution are detected,and the online flow state and solution stability of the polymer in the polymer injection pipeline are observed in real time.Polymer injection pipeline realizes fast and complete dissolution characteristics in 30 minutes.
