A Summary of Researches on Withdrawal of Rural Homestead

借助CiteSpace软件对中国知网上宅基地退出领域的文献进行了可视化分析,探究宅基地退出领域的研究情况、研究内容和研究趋势。研究发现:近十年宅基地退出领域的发文量总体呈增长态势,研究者和研究机构间缺乏紧密的交流合作;研究内容主要为宏观层面关于宅基地退出政策的研究,中观层面对宅基地退出的实践探索以及微观层面关于宅基地退出影响因素的研究;学者们逐渐从退出机制的研究过渡到对退出主体意愿与行为的关注,再到结合乡村振兴政策背景考虑退出模式与补偿标准等问题。最后针对宅基地退出领域研究现状,提出了研究展望。

With the help of CiteSpace software,a visual analysis of the literature in the field of homestead withdrawal from China Knowledge Network was carried out to explore the research situation,research content,and research trend of the field of homestead withdrawal.The research found that the number of publications in the field of homestead withdrawal in the past ten years has shown an overall growth trend,and there is a lack of close communication and cooperation between researchers and research institutions;the research content is mainly on the macro-level research on the homestead withdrawal policy,and the practical exploration of withdrawal at the meso level and the research on the factors affecting the withdrawal of homesteads at the micro level;scholars have gradually transitioned from the study of the withdrawal mechanism to the focus on the willingness and behavior of the withdrawal subjects,and then considering the withdrawal mode and compensation standards in light of the policy background.Finally,it puts forward a research outlook for the current research status of the field of homestead withdrawal.
