主客互动:大学生志愿服务的动力机制研究——以Z大学为例

摘要 长期以来,高校志愿服务倡导服务社会,培养奉献精神,而忽视高校学生在志愿服务过程中专业知识技能的提升。通过问卷调查、个案访谈等方法,对数据资料统计分析发现,大学生志愿者与组织者、服务对象、共同工作者之间的有效互动对大学生志愿服务持续开展起着重要作用,志愿服务的外显作用与内化作用之间存在显著相关性,外在的激励机制和自我提升都能够增强大学生志愿服务的意愿,自我专业知识技能提升是大学生参加志愿服务活动的原动力。为此,倡导“服务学习”模式,提高参与意愿,传递志愿服务精神,实现高校“立德树人”的根本任务。 For a long time,college volunteer service advocates serving the society and cultivating the spirit of dedication,while ignoring the improvement of college students'professional knowledge and skills.Through the questionnaire investigation,case interview and statistical analysis of data,it has been found that the effective interaction among college students'volunteers,organizers,service objects and joint workers plays an important role in continuous development of college students'volunteer service.There is a significant correlation between the explicit and intrinsic functions of voluntary service.External incentive mechanism and self-improvement can enhance the willingness of college students to volunteer.Self-promotion of professional knowledge and skills is the motivation for college students to participate in voluntary service activities.Therefore,the model of“service learning”should be advocated,then the willingness of participation could be improved,the spirit of volunteer service should be transmitted,and the fundamental task of“cultivating people with morality”in colleges and universities should be realized.
