摘要
树脂是一类有机单体加交联剂、致孔剂、分散剂等添加剂聚合而成的吸附剂,主要应用于分离纯化过程中的填料,具有稳定性好、操作简便、回收率高等特点。利用树脂对中药多糖进行脱色不仅可以提高脱色率还能增加多糖的保留率,因此,在多糖提取分离纯化中占有重要的地位,本文通过查阅文献,综述了不同类型大孔树脂在中药多糖脱色工艺中的研究进展,为中药多糖的质量控制和结构解析的发展提供理论依据。
Resin is the adsorbent which is polymerized by organic monomer with crosslinking agent,pore forming agent,dispersant and other additives.It is mainly used in the process of separation and purification.It has the characteristics of good stability,simple operation and high recovery rate.Decolorization of traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides by macroporous resin can not only improve the decolorization rate,but also increase the retention rate of polysaccharides.Therefore,it plays an important role in the extraction,separation and purification of polysaccharides.In this paper,the research progress of different types of macroporous resins in decolorization process of traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides was reviewed,which provided theoretical basis for the development of quality control and structure analysis of traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides.
