金樱根化学成分及药理作用研究新进展

New progress in research on chemical constituents and pharmacological action of Cherokee Rose Root

金樱根作为我国的一种传统常用中药,具有分布广、适应性强、资源丰富等特点。金樱根含有多种化学成分,三萜皂苷类、黄酮类、多糖类、黄烷醇类等多种化学成分和多种活性物质,分别在抗炎抑菌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化以及免疫调节等方面具有药理作用。虽然现今金樱根已被广泛应用于临床治疗中,但其化学成分和具体活性药理作用仍处于进一步研究当中,需要我们通过更多前期基础的研究来提供科学性的指导。本文对金樱根的化学成分与药理作用的研究新进展进行总结与综述,以期为今后更进一步探索金樱根的化学成分及药理作用研究提供科学依据和理论参考。

Cherokee Rose Root,as a traditional Chinese medicine,is widely distributed,highly adaptable and rich in resources is widely used as a traditional Chinese medicine.It contains triterpenoid saponins,flavonoids,polysaccharides,flavanols and other chemical components and a variety of active substances,and has a variety of pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory and antibacterial,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation and immune regulation.Although Cherokee Rose Root has been widely used in clinical treatment,its specific pharmacological action is still in the process of further development,we need to provide scientific guidance through more preliminary studies.Therefore,this paper makes a preliminary summary and review of the new progress of the research on the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of ginkgo chinensis root,which provides scientific basis for further exploration of the medicinal prospect of ginkgo chinensis root.
