摘要
开展区域公路网突发事件影响范围的分析和研究,对突发事件发生后应急措施的制定和效用评估具有重要的现实意义。基于交通波原理,通过对公路突发事件引起的拥堵传播过程的规律和特点进行分析,将拥堵传播过程划分为不同时区。考虑到下游分流和限速措施对不同时区拥堵传播的影响,结合数学分析的方法,设计了一个公路突发事件的时空影响范围模型。经过实际数据计算验证,该模型能较好地估算公路突发事件时空影响范围。
It is of great practical significance to carry out analysis and research on the impact scope of regional road network emergencies,which has important implications for formulating and evaluating emergency measures after emergencies.Based on the principle of traffic wave,this paper divides the congestion propagation process into different time zones by analyzing the law and characteristics of the congestion propagation process caused by highway emergency.Considering the influence of downstream diversion and speed limit measures on congestion propagation in different time zones,using the method of mathematical analysis,a time and space impact range model of highway emergencies was designed.After the actual data calculation and verification,the model can better estimate the time impact and space range of highway emergencies.
