校园职业文化和企业职业文化的关联性研究

Research on the Correlation between Campus Professional Culture and Enterprise Professional Culture

职业文化是高等职业院校内涵发展的重要内容,是学生可持续发展的关键因素之一。从校园职业文化与企业职业文化的概念、内涵及其作用入手,分析两者之间在价值取向、文化特点上的联系与差异,给出相互融通的原则并结合企业教师、企业文化、企业素质,提出了校园职业文化与企业职业文化之间的相互融通策略,为构建富有高职教育特色的职业文化提供了参考。

Professional culture is an important content of connotation development for higher vocational colleges and it is one of the key factors for students'sustainable development.This paper analyzes the concept,connotation and function of campus professional culture and enterprise professional culture,analyzes the differences between them from two dimensions of value orientation and cultural characteristics,and gives the principle of mutual integration.Based on the channels of the enterprise teachers,enterprise culture,enterprise quality,the paper puts forward the mutual integration strategy between the campus professional culture and the enterprise professional culture,and provides countermeasures for the construction of professional culture with vocational education characteristics.
