病死畜禽无害化处理机网络化控制系统设计

摘要 针对当前病死畜禽尸骸等有机废弃物处理中存在的远程网络化管理与控制水平低等问题,本文为基于高温生物发酵处理方法的无害化处理机械装备设计了网络化控制系统。采用锤击功能的组合式破碎刀具快速粉碎牛、羊、猪等大型病死畜禽尸骸,通过搭建两层分布式网络架构,实现远程监控和在线故障诊断等功能。以三菱FX3GE可编程控制器及智能仪表为核心设计了全自动数字化控制系统硬件方案,给出编程软件组态配置方法,并根据工艺要求设计了无害化处理自动控制算法流程及数据采集通信算法,最后将该系统产业化应用于FCW系列机型。实践应用表明,该控制系统性能稳定,自动化和网络信息化水平高,产出的有机肥原料环保无公害,具有广阔的产业化推广应用前景。 Aiming at the low level of remote network management and control in the current treatment of organic wastes such as sick and dead livestock and poultry carcasses,this paper designs a networked control system for harmless treatment machinery and equipment based on the high-temperature biological fermentation treatment method.The combined crushing tool with hammering function quickly crushes the carcasses of large-scale sick and dead animals such as cattle,sheep and pigs.By building a two-layer distributed network architecture to realize functions such as remote monitoring and online fault diagnosis,a full-automatic digital control system hardware scheme is designed with Mitsubishi FX3GE programmable controller and smart meters as the core,and a programming software configuration method is given.According to the technological requirements,the automatic control algorithm flow and data acquisition communication algorithm of harmless treatment are designed,and finally the system is industrialized and applied to FCW series models.Practical application shows that the control system has stable performance,high level of automation and network information,and the output of organic fertilizer raw materials is environmentally friendly and pollution-free,and has broad prospects for industrialization and application.
