应用SWOT法分析某院临方炮制工作的发展对策

SWOT analysis of the development countermeasures for the temporary prescription processing in our hospital

目的分析某地级市中医院临方炮制工作的现状,并研究其发展对策。方法采用SWOT法,列出该院临方炮制工作的优势与劣势、机会与威胁,并将各种因素相互交叉匹配进行研究。结果该院临方炮制工作具有基础强、历史悠久、文化底蕴深厚等优势,但也存在重生产、轻研究、技术传承与创新不到位、特色不突出,生产规模不断萎缩的劣势;同时面临国家鼓励发展临方炮制,但又加强监管力度,临方炮制技术规范、质量标准、定价标准等缺失的情况。结论提出发挥医院中药炮制竞争优势,整合中药制剂与中药炮制优势资源,提高认识,加大投入,加强人才队伍、科研平台建设,加快制度、工艺、质量标准、价格等管理体系建设,注重传承与创新等发展对策。

Objective To analyze the current situation and explore the development of temporary prescription processin in a city-level hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods SWOT was applied to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of impending recipe processing,and the relations and interactions between the factors were putting forward.Results Temporary prescription processing in the hospital has the advantages of strong foundation,long history and profound cultural details,but it also has the disadvantages of attaching importance to production,neglecting research,lack of technology inheritance and innovation,lack of distinguishing features,and shrinking scale of production at the same time,the state encourages the development of pro-processing,but also to strengthen supervision,pro-processing technical norms,quality standards,pricing standards and other deficiencies.Conclusion The preliminary proposal is to rely on the competitive advantages of hospital Chinese medicine processing,integrating the resources of Chinese medicine preparation and Chinese medicine processing advantages,raising awareness,increasing investment,and strengthening the construction of talent team and scientific research platform,speeding up the system,technology,quality standards,prices and other management system construction,paying attention to inheritance and innovation and other development countermeasures.
