中风回春片联合加巴喷丁治疗丘脑痛临床疗效评价

Clinical effect evaluation of Zhongfeng Huichun tablets combined with gabapentin in the treatment of thalamic pain

目的评价中风回春片联合加巴喷丁治疗丘脑痛的临床疗效。方法将38例丘脑痛患者随机分为对照组与试验组各19例,对照组应用加巴喷丁治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予口服中风回春片,两组连续治疗4周。比较两组治疗前后的疼痛视觉模拟VAS评分、中医证候(肢体疼痛、肢体拘挛、头晕目眩、面色晦暗、舌暗脉细涩)积分及临床疗效。结果试验组的临床总有效率(84.21%)高于对照组(57.89%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.036);治疗后试验组的VAS评分、中医证候各项积分及总积分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在加巴喷丁治疗丘脑痛的基础上联合中风回春片可有效缓解患者的疼痛程度,提升患者的生活质量。

Objective Evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zhongfeng Huichun tablets combined with gabapentin in the treatment of thalamic pain.Methods 38 patients with thalamic pain were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,19 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gabapentin,and the experimental group was given Zhongfeng Huichun tablets on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks.VAS score,TCM syndrome score(limb pain,limb contracture,dizziness,dull complexion,dark tongue and narrow pulse)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group(84.21%)was higher than that of the control group(57.89%),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.036);after treatment,the VAS score of the experimental group,the total score of TCM syndrome of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of gabapentin in the treatment of thalamic pain combined with Zhongfeng Huichun tablets can effectively relieve the pain degree of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
