在加强党的政治建设中充分发挥工会组织作用

Giving Full Play to the Role of Trade Unions in the Political Building of the Party

工会组织作为党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带,坚持党的领导,党建带工建,以实际行动推动党的政治建设,是旗帜鲜明讲政治的必然要求。中国石化各级工会组织要发扬党有号召、工会有行动的优良传统,以党的政治建设为统领,增强“四个意识”,坚定“四个自信”,做到“两个维护”,持续强化思想引领、竭诚服务职工、深化民主管理、提升政治能力,不断增强工会组织的政治性、先进性、群众性,更好承担起引导广大职工群众听党话、跟党走的政治责任,把职工群众最广泛最紧密地团结在党的周围。

Trade unions,as the bridge and link between the Party and the masses of workers,should adhere to the leadership of the Party,pursue development through strengthening Party building,and promote the Party’s political building with practical actions,which is a critical element of taking a clear political stand.Trade unions at all levels of SINOPEC should carry forward the fine tradition of following the Party’s call;take enhancing the Party’s political building as the overarching principle;strengthen their commitment to the Four Consciousnesses,the Four-sphere Confidence,and the Two Upholds;constantly strengthen ideological guidance,serve staff and workers wholeheartedly,deepen democratic management,and enhance political ability;strengthen their political consciousness,become more advanced,and better represent the people;and better fulfill their political responsibilities in guiding the broad masses of staff and workers to follow the instructions and guidance of the Party and mobilize them to unite more closely around the Party.
