摘要
企业内、外两个人才市场的不充分,造成了人才总是稀缺的局面,更加考验企业快速有效评价人才队伍的能力。中国石化西北油田分公司以人才盘点为突破口,基于人力资源数据集成化、智能化、可视化的技术实现,探索形成数据驱动型人才盘点体系,促进了人才供应全链条、全场景管理水平的提升。
The inadequacy of the internal and external talent markets of enterprises results in the situation that talents are always scarce,which tests the ability of enterprises to quickly and effectively evaluate the talent team.Taking talent inventory as a breakthrough,based on the technical realization of human resource data integration,intelligence and visualization,Northwest Oilfield explored to form a data-driven talent inventory system,which promoted the whole chain of talent supply and improved the management level for all scenarios.
