摘要
本文主要阐述了运用教练式方法提高企业员工培训效果的路径和方法:1.让心“爱起来”,为员工赋能促员工成长。2.让隐性知识“活起来”,实现组织智慧萃取。3.让领导人员“讲起来”,推进智力成果共享。4.让智力成果“用起来”,不断改善员工绩效。5.让教练形象“树起来”,点亮一盏灯,照亮一大片。
This paper mainly expounds the way and method of using coaching to improve employee training:1.Make the heart“love it”,empowering the employees to grow.2.Make tacit knowledge“come alive”,realizing the extraction of organizational wisdom.3.Let the leaders“talk”and promote the sharing of intellectual achievements.4.Put intellectual achievements“to use”to continually improve employee performance.5.Make the coach’s image“light up”and be a beacon of example.
