摘要
提高企业竞争力,需要培养一流的人才队伍。能力导向型培训是聚焦人才能力提升、立足于长远发展的重要手段。石油化工管理干部学院技术培训部在能力导向型专业技术人才培训创新实践中,总结建立了“抓基础、强三基型”、“生产管理融合型”和“产学研用一体化型”三种典型模式,有效落实了中国石化人才强企工程战略。
To improve the competitiveness of enterprises,it is necessary to cultivate a first-class talent team.Competency oriented training is an important means to focus on the improvement of talent competencies and long-term development.In the practice of competency oriented professional and technical personnel training and innovation,the Technical Training Department of SINOPEC Management Institute has summarized and established three typical models of training,i.e.“Emphasize the Fundamentals and Strengthen the‘Three Basics’”,“Production-Management Fusion”and“Industry-Training-Research-Market Integration”,which effectively implement the talent-strengthening corporate strategy of SINOPEC Group.
