灾难医学框架下公共卫生体系建设的思考与展望——基于新冠疫情背景

Building a stronger public health system under the framework of disaster medicine--what we have learned in COVID-19 control and what the future holds

在本次新冠肺炎疫情的防控中,我国公共卫生体系发挥了重要作用,但也暴露出了许多短板和不足。本文回顾了在新冠背景下我国在公共卫生安全的综合管理、机制构建、人才队伍、民众素养、专业队伍、物资储备等方面存在的问题,提出了发展与完善灾难医学可以对公共卫生体系建设提供理论和实践支持的观点,总结了在灾难医学框架下对公共卫生体系建设的思考与展望。

China's public health system has played an important role in containing the COVID-19 pandemic,but it has also shown a lot of shortcomings and weaknesses.In the context of the pandemic,this paper reviews problems existing in this system from multiple dimensions,including comprehensive management,mechanism construction,human resources,public awareness,professional team building,and supplies.It suggests that the development and improvement of disaster medicine can provide theoretical and practical support for the building of a stronger public health system.It also offers some thoughts about the public health system under the framework of disaster medicine and looks into its future.
