水上救援装备的研发推动水上救援专业化培训

Research and development of water rescue equipment as a boost to specialized water rescue training

我国洪涝灾害形势严峻,为人民生命财产安全带来很大的安全隐患,整体水上救援体系发展不完善,水上救援水平相较发达国家相对落后,存在救援队伍缺乏专业化培训、技术装备更新换代慢等问题。针对国内发展不足,我国应该不断提高政府重视及投入,确立研发规划,加快人才建设,并为相关基础学科提供发展平台,以技术装备的研发推动专业化水上救援培训,进一步培养水上救援人才以促进水上救援事业的发展。

China is prone to flash floods.That poses great risks to the people and their property.Unfortunately,its water rescue system is inadequate,putting the country far behind developed countries in terms of water rescue capabilities.There is a lack of rescue teams that has received specialized training,and obsolescent technical equipment is not replaced in a timely manner.The Chinese government should give more priority to these issues and make more investments.A research and development plan needs to be formulated,efforts need to be stepped up to training more personnel,and a development platform for relevant basic disciplines needs to be established.Research and development for technical equipment will facilitate specialized water rescue training.Only with enough qualified personnel can the country make real improvements in water rescue.
